Provide support in the organization, setup, monitoring, and dismantling of events, ensuring the event's excellence standards. Activities * Open Service Orders for Infrastructure, Audio and Video, and Maintenance and Cleaning (via Sysman system) to ensure resource availability and environment quality; * Open Service Orders for IT (via Zendesk system) to guarantee necessary technical support for event operations; * Request materials (via Mega system) to meet supply and equipment needs for events and administrative activities; * Monitor and respond to public service emails (events@), ensuring swift communication and adequate support for operational demands; * Organize, scan, and archive documentation for the Events Unit to maintain organized and easily accessible records; * Prepare meeting minutes and reports for the Events Unit to document decisions and support planning; * Monitor receipt of Invoices and send payment memos, ensuring financial processes are up to date and accurate; * Receive and organize documents for registration of service providers, individuals and legal entities, facilitating supplier regularization; * Conduct research, contact, and request quotes from suppliers, under supervision, seeking viable options that meet event requirements; * Clean, organize, and conduct inventory of materials in the Event Center storage areas to optimize item usage and preservation; * Receive Pilgrimages at Tribuna Dom Aloísio L. (via Pastoral Secretariat), ensuring proper service and organization of visits; * Create checklists for rental, internal, and shared events to ensure each required stage of event organization is completed; * Manage lending, maintenance, and return of Event Center materials to departments within the Santuário group, ensuring proper use and integrity of shared items; * Research, create, and monitor weekly music programming at Cidade do Romeiro, providing entertainment options for visitors, under supervisor guidance; * Participate in and contribute to planning and monitoring event programming at Cidade do Romeiro (such as Férias na Cidade, Primavera na Cidade, Parada de Natal), promoting activities that engage audiences throughout the year; * Creatively design decorative solutions for themed events at Cidade do Romeiro, including Instagram-worthy spaces to attract visitor attention and strengthen visual identity; * Assist in the production and execution of events alongside Management and Coordination teams, ensuring all details are implemented according to plan; * Provide on-site support during rental, internal, and shared events to ensure immediate response to unforeseen issues and smooth operation. benefits Benefits * Psychological Assistance * Day Off * Dental Plan * On-site Restaurant * Food Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Life Insurance * Health Plan
