Apply now and join our journey. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the procurement process for parts, components, and maintenance services for yellow-line equipment. * Receive, verify, and process purchase requisitions from the Maintenance department, ensuring accurate information (code, model, serial number, and application). * Conduct quotations with suppliers, comparing price, lead time, quality, and commercial terms. * Issue purchase orders in the ERP system according to internal policies. * Monitor order status from issuance through delivery, performing follow-up with suppliers. * Act as the interface between Maintenance, CDP, and Finance, ensuring alignment on timelines and requirements. * Verify item availability in stock before initiating new purchases. * Check received invoices to ensure compliance with purchase orders and specifications. * Support the control and organization of procurement documentation (quotations, purchase orders, contracts, and invoices). * Assist in maintenance cost control, supporting area reports and KPIs. * Contribute to supplier relationship management and evaluation, aiming for continuous improvement in delivery timelines and quality. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields is desirable). * Prior experience in procurement, preferably in heavy equipment / yellow-line maintenance. * Knowledge of procurement processes, quotations, basic negotiation, and order tracking. * Basic understanding of mechanical maintenance and identification of parts and components. * Familiarity with ERP systems (order entry, tracking, and invoice verification). * Intermediate Excel skills (data control, spreadsheets, and reporting). * Ability to communicate effectively with technical areas (Maintenance, Warehouse) and administrative areas (Finance). * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of priority. **Additional Information** * On-site cafeteria (breakfast and lunch); * Transportation Allowance (VT) or Mobility Assistance; * Life Insurance (no monthly payroll deduction for the employee); * Total Pass; * Health Plan – Unimed Nacional; * Dental Plan – Bradesco; * Maternity Kit; * Daycare Assistance – for mothers.
