




**PURCHASING ASSISTANT** Support procurement activities including vendor registration, price quotations, negotiations with suppliers, material acquisition, and inventory control for the company. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** · Conduct price research, obtain quotations, and negotiate with suppliers; · Issue and track purchase orders until material delivery; · Support inventory control and product restocking; · Maintain an up-to-date supplier database; · Assist in preparing purchasing control reports and spreadsheets; · Verify invoices and liaise with the finance department; · Ensure compliance with company-mandated deadlines and quality standards. **REQUIREMENTS** · Bachelor’s degree completed or currently pursuing in Administration, Logistics, or related fields; · Prior experience in procurement, supply chain, or administrative roles; · Basic knowledge of Excel and management systems (ERP); · Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail. **DESIRED PROFILE** · Proactivity and accountability; · Aptitude for negotiation and supplier relationship management; · Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet deadlines. **WORK SCHEDULE AND LOCATION** · Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00; Saturdays from 09:00 to 13:00; · Location: Setor Sul, Goiânia – GO Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.785,25 – R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
