




We are looking for a **Purchasing Assistant** to support department routines, ensuring agility, organization, and control throughout the entire process of acquiring materials, products, and services. The professional will be responsible for assisting with quotations, tracking purchase orders, and maintaining contact with suppliers, ensuring compliance with delivery schedules and quality standards. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct quotations and compare supplier proposals; * Issue and monitor purchase orders; * Control delivery deadlines and ensure adequate supply; * Support negotiation of prices, terms, and commercial conditions; * Update supplier and product records; * Assist in inventory control and assessment of purchasing needs; * Help prepare reports and performance indicators for the department; * Maintain constant communication with suppliers and other internal departments. **Requirements:** * High school diploma (preferably with technical or higher education in Administration, Logistics, or related fields); * Previous experience in purchasing, warehousing, or administrative areas; * Proficiency in Excel and management systems (ERP); * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and analytical mindset.
