Preparation of proposals and contract management **JOB OPENING: COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT** Location: TRANSPORTES IM \- PEDRO LEOPOLDO Salary: R$2500 Employment Type: CLT **About the Position:** We are seeking a Commercial Assistant to support sales activities, ensuring smooth commercial processes and customer satisfaction. This person will be a key link connecting the sales, logistics, and quality departments. **Main Responsibilities:** \* Prepare commercial proposals, contracts, and budget spreadsheets \* Manage customer contracts, ensuring adherence to deadlines, clauses, and compliance \* Receive and process orders (via email, phone, and WhatsApp) \* Enter orders into the system and monitor delivery timelines \* Coordinate with logistics and scheduling teams to align demand requirements \* Monitor vehicles and support tracking to update customers \* Track planned vs. actual daily operations \* Provide customer service (pre- and post-sales) \* Update records and history in the system \* Support identification of new customers and preparation of commercial reports \* Update commercial procedures and PGR according to new routes; **Requirements:** \* Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in related fields is preferred) \* Strong communication and interpersonal skills \* Organizational ability and proactivity \* Proficiency in Excel \* Experience with ERP systems is a plus **Preferred Qualifications:** \* Experience in sales or logistics \* Customer service experience \* Analytical mindset and results-oriented approach **How to Apply:** Send your resume to: curriculos@transportesim.com.br Subject: **Commercial Assistant** Compensation: Starting from R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Company-provided mobile phone * Partnership agreements and commercial discounts * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
