Job Summary: Responsible for organizing and handling goods in the warehouse, ensuring product integrity, workplace safety, and cleanliness. Key Highlights: 1. Development of teamwork and agility skills **Main Responsibilities** * Organize and arrange goods, products, or materials in the warehouse, **truck, pallet racks, or designated areas;** * Responsible for tarping, securing, palletizing, and proper conditioning and distribution; * Responsible for complying with cargo labeling symbols; * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace; * Support internal cargo handling when required; * Ensure product integrity during arrangement and handling; * Properly use PPE and comply with occupational safety regulations; * Support the operational team as needed and per immediate supervisor's instructions. **Requirements** * Experience in operational activities, organization, or warehousing is a plus; * Good physical fitness for tasks requiring moderate effort; * Basic knowledge of workplace organization and safety. **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization; * Attention to detail; * Agility; * Teamwork; * Responsibility; * Commitment. **Education** Completed elementary school (Mandatory); Completed high school (Preferred) Salary: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.300,00 per month Benefits: * Dental assistance * Fuel allowance * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Food voucher * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Workplace: On-site
