Job Summary: Internship in Architecture and Urban Planning focused on logistics projects, developing innovative solutions for industrial spaces and distribution centers. Key Highlights: 1. The candidate will be exposed to various stages of the design process and will develop a wide range of technical and practical knowledge within the sector. **Job Responsibilities:** \- Existing Conditions Survey: conduct on-site measurements of the environment, openings, ceiling height, etc. \- Preliminary Study / Layout: develop the initial project concept. \- Development of basic and executive design: work on the complete project across all disciplines, including construction, demolition, plumbing, electrical, etc., using AutoCAD. \- 3D Visualization: perform 3D modeling in SketchUp with rendering in V-Ray. \- Preparation of budget spreadsheet: prepare budget spreadsheets containing cost estimates for ongoing projects. \- Other administrative tasks related to daily office operations. **Internship Stipend:** R$ 1\.000,00 \+ Transportation Allowance **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in an Architecture and Urban Planning undergraduate program (from the 5th semester onward) Intermediate AutoCAD and SketchUp skills Basic V-Ray knowledge Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Driver's License Category B, with driving experience Availability for travel **Preferred Qualification:** Revit knowledge **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 16:00\. **Position Type:** Internship Position Type: Internship Compensation: R$1\.000,00 per week Benefits: * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Are you currently studying Architecture? * Do you have availability for travel (respecting your academic schedule)? * What is your proficiency level in AutoCAD and SketchUp?
