Job Summary: Responsible for developing, automating, and integrating agricultural systems and software, analyzing performance indicators to support decision-making and optimize farm operations. Development of operational sequencers and simulations Mission Responsible for the development, automation, improvement, and integration of systems and software; analysis of performance indicators and internal/external benchmarking; generating structured information to support decision-making and improve farm performance. Optimizes operational scenarios and identifies improvement opportunities, while building operational sequencers that integrate field data, operational capacity, logistical constraints, performance indicators, and strategic objectives—enhancing efficiency, predictability, and excellence in agricultural planning. Your Responsibilities Develop and refine the architecture and modeling of agricultural supply chain information systems, integrating BI, BA, and data automation to support decision-making. Design, develop, test, and maintain software, websites, and applications—working with databases, APIs, security, and requirements gathering. Develop and code solutions in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and Python, performing testing, maintenance, and updates. Ensure data and project management methodologies for agricultural PCP (Production Control Planning), guaranteeing data integrity, quality, and reliability of information and indicators. Develop and parameterize agricultural operational sequencing models, considering constraints, resources, productivity, quality, and capacity. Translate agricultural PCP business rules into algorithms, mathematical models, and decision engines to support operational and tactical planning. Build and maintain operational sequencers aimed at maximizing productivity, reducing costs and losses, and increasing adherence to plans. Develop optimization models using Operations Research, Linear and Integer Programming, Heuristics, and Metaheuristics. Create simulators and digital twins for analyzing operational, logistical, and production scenarios. Correlate PCP KPIs with financial and operational indicators to support decision-making and improve agricultural performance. Develop projections and simulations for the production chain and PCP, mapping strategic data to anticipate scenarios, challenges, and opportunities. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields. Proficiency with tools such as advanced Power BI, advanced Excel, database concepts, Data Lake, programming languages (Python, RStudio, SQL), SAP integration via CDS View, Calculation View, BW, and SAP knowledge. Intermediate English proficiency for reading and interpreting technical texts. Master’s degree or postgraduate specialization in Systems Development or in Dev, Data, Cybersecurity, and Tech & Business fields is desirable.
