Technical Support in Urban Planning and Engineering **Join our team!** **Position:** Project and Building Analyst **Work Location:** Headquarters \| Goiânia \- GO **Work Regime:** On-site \| PJ (Individual Contractor) **Responsibilities** * Development of Architecture and Urban Planning projects in compliance with technical standards and legal guidelines; * Analysis, review, and integration of architectural projects with complementary projects; * Preparation of technical descriptive reports; * Conducting material surveys and quantity takeoffs; * Development of electronic mock-ups and renderings for project presentations; * Providing technical support and acting as an assistant in Urban Planning and Engineering departments. **Requirements** * Completed degree in Architecture and Urban Planning; * Experience in Legal and Executive Projects; * Technical experience in Building Construction; * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or Archicad, SketchUp, and rendering tools; * Familiarity with project integration and material quantity takeoffs; * Experience or affinity with 3D modeling and electronic mock-ups; * Proactive, organized, and responsible profile; * Strong communication skills and ability to work in teams; * Focus on professional growth. **Working Hours** Monday to Thursday: 08:00–18:00; Friday: 08:00–17:00 **Compensation and Benefits** * Day Off (Day off \+ R$ 100.00\); * IPOG Partnership; * Success-Based Work Schedule. **WE ARE EVALUATING PJ SALARY EXPECTATIONS** **Interested in this position?** Apply now and join a team that values people, projects, and purpose! **Work Location** Avenida Deputado Jamel Cecílio, Jardim Goiás, Goiânia \- Goiás, 74810\-100, Brazil
