Job Summary: E-commerce Analyst responsible for spreadsheet management, order tracking, virtual store updates, and cross-team collaboration to streamline processes. Key Highlights: 1. Are you seeking professional development and growth? Then this position is for you! * What are the main responsibilities? Control and update spreadsheets relevant to the commercial department. Input and track orders. Assist in reviewing and maintaining up-to-date product descriptions, images, and prices to ensure virtual store quality. Perform administrative routines for the channel, ensuring operational organization and efficiency. Test website functionalities and report bugs to the technology team to enhance user experience. Collaborate with customer service, logistics, and finance teams to accelerate end-to-end processes while ensuring clear communication. Provide support to CRM and customer channels (franchise and multi-brand), contributing to customer relationship strategies and consumer experience. * Requirements Proven experience of at least 1 year working with major marketplaces: Mercado Livre, Amazon, Shopee, Shein, and Magazine Luiza. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to follow-up and close coordination with team members and other company departments to prioritize process agility. Organizational skills and focus, adhering to pre-established process standards.
