You will track advancements in autonomous technologies and updates released by the brand. You will also monitor and analyze data from systems applied to autonomous operations. You will identify deviations between virtual and real mine plans and contribute to operational research and adjustments. Among your main responsibilities are providing technical support for installation and maintenance of embedded technology hardware (Lidar, GPS, IMU, Radar) and site awareness kits. Additionally, you will collaborate with the commercial team in specifying technology solutions, server infrastructure, and communication networks. You will manage and track support tickets (TSC – Ticket Service Center), aligned with VOC (Voice of the Customer) research. You will ensure compliance with customer requirements and sharing of performance and maintenance data for KPI analysis and continuous improvement.
