




Description: WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE: * High school diploma; * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); * Experience in customer service and/or a communicative profile with enthusiasm for working with people; * Willingness to learn; * Logistics monitoring experience preferred, particularly regarding truck tracking and the logistics cycle; * Full availability to work on a 5x1 schedule and rotating shifts (Shift A: 7:00 AM–3:20 PM / Shift B: 3:00 PM–11:20 PM / Shift C: 11:00 PM–7:20 AM); * Mobility to work in Piracicaba/SP. YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Maximize productivity with a logistics focus, optimizing related processes; * Analyze daily performance indicators and propose alternatives to address gaps; * Monitor operational fronts (planting / crop management / harvesting and maintenance) in coordination with field personnel (internal customers), conducting necessary alignment activities; * Verify and monitor onboard equipment communications; * Perform customer service activities via telephone, WhatsApp, email, and internal systems; * Ensure effective interface with operational teams and supporting business areas. 251210020218417590
