**We are looking for a person to join our team—come be part of our company!** **The professional will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the company’s administrative routines, including:** * Team coordination (assigning tasks, monitoring performance, guiding employees, resolving conflicts, and fostering a productive work environment); * Administrative process management (organizing workflows, monitoring KPIs, and implementing continuous improvements); * Financial control (accounts payable and receivable, cash flow management, invoice issuance, and financial reporting); * Human resources supervision (supporting recruitment processes, administering benefits, training and developing staff); * Document and operational management (organizing documents, consumables, infrastructure, and outsourced services). **Requirements:** * Proficiency in Excel; * Experience in administrative and/or financial routines; * Leadership; * Strong communication skills; * Planning ability; * Resilience. Our company is located in the North Zone of São Paulo.
