Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Process Management, Economics, or related fields. * Experience in administrative management and process coordination. Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (BPM, Lean, PDCA, Six Sigma – desirable). * Proficiency in process mapping tools (flowcharts, SIPOC, etc.). * Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and systemic vision. * Leadership, communication, and team management skills.
