Administrative Internship – Inputs Ijuí/RS

We seek to contribute to the company’s sustainable growth while simultaneously driving your personal and professional development. **Responsibilities and duties** Support the inputs administrative area with the PIN system according to its respective demands. Assist in negotiation cancellations, following internal workflows. Complete and update control spreadsheets and support report generation. Support data entry and routine tasks related to the area. Provide support for freight-related requests (CT\-e/TCE). Handle and forward service tickets via GLPI. Support tasks in SAP. **Requirements and qualifications** * Currently enrolled in Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, or related fields (Agronomy may also be considered, provided there is interest in administrative routines). * Basic knowledge of Excel/spreadsheets. * Availability to intern in Ijuí/RS. **Additional information** Benefits: VA or VR card (R$ 310.50\). Transportation allowance: Provided to all interns requiring public transportation for commuting, where urban collective transport is available in their municipality. If chosen, no amount will be deducted from the intern’s stipend. Life insurance.
