Maintenance of workplace organization and cleanliness. **Job Description:** ---------------------- Weigh vehicles (entry and exit) on the scale, accurately recording information in the system. Verify invoices, purchase orders, and transportation documents (CT\-e, NF\-e, waybills), ensuring compliance with cargo requirements. Control the entry and exit flow of trucks, organizing queues and prioritizations as directed by logistics. Issue weighing tickets and other necessary documents for cargo release. Record cargo data (gross weight, tare weight, and net weight), ensuring information accuracy. Report weight, documentation, or cargo discrepancies to responsible parties (logistics, billing, or production). Support vehicle release, ensuring all procedures are correctly completed before departure. Provide courteous and clear guidance when assisting drivers, transportation companies, and suppliers. Maintain control and organization of weighing records and physical/digital documents. Assist in updating spreadsheets and reports tracking cargo movement.
