We are seeking a candidate who will serve as an Export Specialist, responsible for developing and monitoring KPI reports, identifying process improvement opportunities, and developing and delivering training to the operational team. You will also collaborate on safety, health, and environmental policies.
Attention to detail and adherence to safety standards are non-negotiable requirements.

**Requirements and Responsibilities:**

**What are the requirements?**
* Completed high school education;
**Your key responsibilities will include:**
* Focus on export operations;
* Compiling operational performance data;
* Reporting and tracking performance indicators;
* Updating statistical tracking and control items for respective departments;
* Archiving documentation related to the department;
* Ensuring all processes and indicators under operations are mapped and up-to-date;
* Leveraging company resources across IT, HR, Finance, HSE, Quality, and other departments to support your department’s development;
* Identifying incident or accident risks within safety pyramid frameworks;
* Ensuring workplace organization (5S) and maintenance (cleanliness);
* Following documented procedures (SOPs and WIs) relevant to your role in the process;
* Acting as a "synergy" link between other sites, if required;
* Being available to perform duties during operational shifts upon request from management, clients, or operational needs;
* Conducting quality control audits;
* Issuing Quality Notifications (NQs) whenever non-conformities are identified in receiving, warehousing, picking, dispatch, etc.
