Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant will monitor driver performance, assist in document issuance, and oversee transportation operations. Key Highlights: 1. Authorizing third-party drivers and helpers JOB: Administrative Assistant Work Location: Bauru Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 06:00 to 16:00, with a 1-hour and 12-minute lunch break Salary: R$ 2.242,99 ▪ Transportation Allowance: 2 trips/day in cash (6% payroll deduction) ▪ Meal Voucher: R$ 29.80 per day + R$ 29.80 paid when overtime exceeds 2 hours and 20 minutes; ▪ Annual PLR: R$ 559.12; ▪ Length-of-Service Bonus (PTS) – after 2 years of service (cap: R$ 114.20) and after more than 3 years of service (cap: R$ 182.72); ▪ Life insurance; ▪ Dental assistance; ▪ Basic food basket (based on attendance). Requirements: 1. Microsoft Office suite 2. Completed high school education – logistics technologist or other administrative field preferred. 3. Two years of experience in transportation – operational administrative experience preferred. Responsibilities: 1. Monitor driver performance on routes, following priorities and coordinating actions in alignment with the route plan. 2. Assist in issuing waybills each morning and MDFe when required. 3. Issue supplementary CTEs (returns, redeliveries, and dedicated shipments). 4. Request Preventive Monitoring (SMP) for pickups/deliveries and transfers. 5. Authorize third-party drivers and helpers in coordination with the risk management provider. 6. Monitor operation durations for billing dedicated vehicles.
