On-site position **Requirements:** Proven experience in the administrative sector is required; **Responsibilities:** Supporting sales platforms, marketplace, and e-commerce listings; Maintaining listings, inventory, and sales records; Logistics support and inventory management; Sales department support including customer service and inventory restocking; Shipment of packages, freight quotations, and contracting freight services; Product and service demonstrations for customers, including videos and photos; Customer service via phone; WhatsApp and email follow-up for after-sales support; Development of commercial proposals; Market analysis, report preparation, issuance of purchase orders, invoices, and labels; Daily monitoring and supervision of customer service listings, with reporting and logging; Review of biweekly and monthly sales reports for target analysis; Assisting management through research and problem-solving; **Working Hours:** Mon–Thu: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM Fri: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * On-site meals; * Meal allowance: BRL 380.00 – per PI guidelines; * Life insurance; * Attendance bonus: BRL 220.00 – per PI guidelines; * Free parking.
