Functions requiring organization and communication Job Description: Position for Administrative/Shipping/Invoicing Assistant. Skills: Proficiency in basic Excel and Word (will also learn to operate the freight company’s system). **Must be agile, proactive, punctual, communicative on the phone, and able to work effectively in a team.** Working Hours: 44 hours per week → Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 20:00 (no work on Saturdays) Lunch Break: From 14:00 to 15:12 **Responsibilities/Duties:** Verify documentation delivered by drivers; issue transport bills of lading; assist with delivery route planning; handle calls from drivers; manage emails; and perform any other daily tasks related to the role. Base Salary: BRL 2,143.64 per month Transportation Allowance: BRL 200.00 per month Food Basket: BRL 267.96 per month Meal Voucher: BRL 32.10 per day 13th Salary: Annual Annual Vacation: 30 days + 1/3 bonus in cash Profit Sharing Program (PLR): Semi-annual Uniform and PPE provided by the company Overtime pay if applicable.
