Interface with suppliers and performance monitoring Responsible for planning, monitoring, and optimizing the charter transportation routes used by company employees. Acts strategically and operationally to ensure service efficiency, punctuality, and compliance, always prioritizing user safety and well-being. \- Plan and adjust charter routes according to operational demand and employee locations; \- Interface with transportation providers to align schedules, routes, and vehicle quantities; \- Monitor route performance, including departure times, arrival times, and travel duration; \- Control and update spreadsheets and systems with information on routes, schedules, occupancy, and route changes; \- Support auditing processes and performance reporting for charter transportation companies; \- Monitor tracking applications (e.g., Roota or similar), ensuring real-time visibility of routes; \- Propose continuous improvements to transportation operations, aiming to reduce costs and increase user satisfaction.
