Guidance to professionals and equipment maintenance Responsibilities and Duties: * Serve customers while ensuring satisfaction, and comply with and promote hygiene and safety rules; * Prepare meats for sale by deboning, identifying types, etc.; * Cut and grind meat pieces according to customer requests; * Vacuum-pack meats; * Stock the counter and store meats in the cold room; * Provide guidance to other professionals in the department; * Maintain equipment used and ensure departmental hygiene.
