We look forward to meeting you and jointly driving the next generation of technological solutions. **Come be a Hit!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Duties:** * Support technical decision-making regarding software architectures, considering performance, security, and cost-effectiveness; * Diagnose issues and propose solutions involving frameworks, components, and integrations; * Participate in defining and evolving the architecture of corporate systems and applications; * Ensure proper integration of solutions into the client's technological ecosystem; * Organize and support continuous delivery of software products; * Lead the development team in applying best practices, design patterns, and code quality standards; * Provide technical support to the Scrum Master and other members of the agile team; * Participate in defining observability, monitoring, and application health strategies; * Support initiatives related to information security, data protection, and compliance; * Participate in defining CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation; * Contribute to technological modernization strategies, including microservices, cloud, and AI integration into the development lifecycle. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** * Completed undergraduate degree in IT, or any undergraduate degree plus a postgraduate degree in IT; * Senior profile with experience in software architecture and development; * Proficiency in modern programming languages, frameworks, and development architectures; * Advanced knowledge of design patterns, relational data modeling, and software architecture; * Experience with CI/CD cultures and tools; * Knowledge of virtualization, Docker, and Kubernetes; * Experience with microservices architecture; * Knowledge of public and private cloud architecture; * Hands-on experience with observability, monitoring, and production troubleshooting; * Knowledge of application security, cryptography, and protection of sensitive data; * Understanding of compliance and data protection laws; * Knowledge of infrastructure automation and DevOps practices; * Vision for integrating AI tools into the development lifecycle and architecture prepared for language models; * Technical leadership capability and ability to guide teams; * Strong oral and written communication skills; * Ability to negotiate, facilitate, and disseminate best practices; * Proactive, collaborative profile with autonomy in decision-making. **Additional Information** Want to see all our open positions?
