**Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or related fields; * Experience in Continuous Improvement and Innovation; * Solid experience with Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing; * Strong involvement with operations/shop floor; * Advanced Excel skills; * Experience in data analysis and process improvement; * Knowledge of agile methodologies; * Familiarity with Industry 4.0 is desirable; * Green Belt or Black Belt certification is desirable; * Analytical, collaborative, hands-on profile with strong influencing capability; * Experience in metallurgical industry, manufacturing, or operational excellence areas will be considered a differentiator; * Professional stability and coherence in career progression are essential. **Responsibilities:** * Manage the organization's Idea Management Program; * Lead Kaizens and continuous improvement initiatives within operations; * Work directly on Lean Culture and operational optimization projects; * Support innovation and continuous improvement programs and projects; * Perform data analysis and generate insights for improvements; * Conduct proofs of concept related to Industry 4.0 with suppliers and startups; * Develop materials and presentations related to continuous improvement and innovation; * Support agile methodologies such as Scrum, Design Sprint, and Design Thinking; * Serve as a strong interface between strategic leadership and shop floor; * Support initiatives related to operational efficiency, Lean culture, and industrial transformation. **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree
