You will be responsible for managing and expanding our partnership network, delivering high-quality service, and reinforcing the brand image in the field. In this position, your main responsibilities include: \- Manage and guide the performance of Authorized Agents, ensuring achievement of sales targets and service quality, always aligned with The Fiber’s commercial guidelines. \- Plan and implement local sales strategies in collaboration with partners, aiming to strengthen the brand’s market presence and maximize results. \- Identify and approve new Authorized Agents, evaluating commercial profile suitability and regional market potential. \- Conduct regular visits to points of sale, advising on best commercial practices and promoting visual communication consistency. \- Deliver effective training, ensuring all agents and their teams master the company’s products, systems, and policies. \- Monitor key performance indicators, such as sales volume and customer satisfaction, enabling rapid strategic adjustments. \- Promote the "Refer & Earn" program, capturing local opportunities to maximize sales. \- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships, increasing brand presence in new neighborhoods and cities. \- Facilitate effective communication between agents and internal departments (Commercial, Marketing, and Operations), ensuring alignment and efficiency. \- Safeguard brand image by ensuring all partners adhere to company standards regarding uniforms and commercial approach. \- Prepare weekly reports on results and action plans for commercial management. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Education: Completed high school (ongoing higher education is a plus). * Driver’s License: Category A or B, preferably with motorcycle endorsement (A). * Vehicle: Preference for having a personal vehicle; car rental may be provided by the company per internal policy. * Experience: Field sales experience, management of Authorized Agents, and commercial teams. * Availability: For field activities, including daily visits and weekend commercial actions, as scheduled. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- * Prior experience in the telecommunications sector. * Familiarity with CRM systems and performance tracking tools. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- YES **Salary:** ------------ $2,772\.42 **Benefits:** --------------- * Performance-based bonus * Meal allowance * Food basket $ * Transportation allowance * Health insurance without copayment * Dental insurance without copayment **Work Location:** ---------------------- PONTUAL SERVICE SERVICOS ADMINISTRATIVOS **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Mon–Fri 08:00–18:00, Sat 08:00–12:00
