Collaborative and purpose-driven team work **Topnutri**, a leader in animal nutrition, is expanding its sales team and seeking an **SDR (Sales Development Representative \- ON-SITE)** to strengthen our sales strategy and accelerate results. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct **strategic outreach** via email, phone, and social media (**outbound and inbound**); * **Qualify leads**, identifying needs, profile, and buying stage; * **Schedule meetings** with engaged leads for the sales team; * **Nurture leads** with relevant information aligned to identified pain points; * Collaborate closely with **Marketing and LDR**, optimizing the sales funnel; * Keep the **CRM updated** with complete and accurate interaction records. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Proficiency in **CRM** and prospecting tools; * Solid understanding of the **sales funnel** and **customer journey**. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Technical knowledge of **lead qualification methodologies** (e.g., SPIN Selling, GPCT, BANT); * Analytical, communicative profile with goal-oriented mindset. **What We Offer:** * A continuous learning, innovation, and growth environment; * Opportunity for professional development within a rapidly expanding company; * Collaborative and purpose-driven team work. * On-site work from Monday to Friday (business hours) If you are passionate about consultative selling, enjoy challenges, and want to grow in a dynamic environment, this role is for you!
