Our primary focus is increasing user conversion and recurrence through strategic campaigns—both inside and outside our app (*in and out of app*). Day-to-day, you’ll have the opportunity to **exercise both your creative and analytical sides**, as we believe the best strategies emerge from the union of data and ideas. Here, you’ll actively support communication strategy planning, technical campaign setup, and reporting that guides our decisions. Role Responsibilities: * **Workflow Organization:** Assist in managing and tracking the regional campaign calendar. * **Hands-On Execution:** Support campaign activation and technical execution within the platform. * **Market Intelligence:** Help generate strategic data and insights to inform new marketing initiatives. * **Impact Analysis:** Actively participate in analyzing results of acquisition and retention campaigns, helping understand what moves the business needle.
