In the Creative area, we develop campaigns, concepts, and creative assets based on client briefings, in partnership with departments such as Account Management, Strategy, Culture & Insights, Business, and Media. Work is carried out by creative duos within a squad format, with direct client contact. On a day-to-day basis, the duo participates in daily stand-ups, receives direction, and responds to briefings with agility and accuracy, keeping pace with the dynamic, performance-driven digital rhythm of the account. Deliverables include adaptations across formats, as well as adaptations of assets and landing pages—always respecting each platform’s specific requirements. More than execution, the challenge lies in proposing creative solutions, crafting texts and visuals that resonate with audiences, reinforce brand identity, and identify opportunities to go beyond—constantly pursuing excellence in craft and idea development. We seek a candidate with experience working in squad formats, autonomy to develop work independently, attention to detail, and an understanding that each platform demands a distinct type of output. If you’re passionate about digital creation, think in terms of performance, audience connection, and creative impact, this opportunity is perfect for you! **Responsibilities and duties** * Develop communication assets, creating content such as email marketing, social posts, WhatsApp cards, and landing pages aligned with the brand’s strategy; * Adapt and extend campaigns across different digital formats and platforms, respecting the brand’s tone of voice and visual identity; * Manage multiple daily requests, balancing organization, agility, and quality in deliverables; * Participate in daily stand-ups and squad meetings, contributing ideas, references, and creative executions for social media; * Support content related to trends, digital formats, and event coverage—including scriptwriting and narrative development. **Requirements and qualifications** * Experience as a Copywriter, creating social media assets such as posts, cards, landing pages, emails, and other digital formats; * Strong communication skills and interest in developing creative ideas tailored to diverse platforms; * Agility and organization in daily deliverables; * Interest in working within squad-based teams and dynamic routines of a dedicated account; * Familiarity with AI tools applied to creative work is considered a plus; * Portfolio strongly focused on social media and narrative development for brands; **Additional information** **Healthcare:** Medical and dental coverage for you and your family. **Your meal, your choice:** Meal and food allowance (iFood Benefícios) of R$50.00 per day, for quality and convenient meals.
