Senior E-commerce Analyst (External position – with experience) Key Responsibilities: Platform and catalog management: Operate the e-commerce platform, including product listing, publishing, updating, and removal, as well as configuring promotional rules. Marketplace management: Administer integrations, monitor sales performance, and ensure proper operation of external channels. Website visual management and campaigns: Update banners, showcases, and landing pages to execute commercial campaigns and promotional calendars. CRM and customer relationship: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and retention initiatives. Digital content and channels: Support planning, monitoring, and optimization of e-commerce and social media content aligned with brand strategy. Continuous optimization: Identify opportunities to improve operations, customer journey, and e-commerce positioning. E-commerce inventory management: Control inventory dedicated to online sales, including products, packaging, and shipping materials. Senior Analyst Profile: Autonomy: Ability to organize tasks, prioritize activities, and solve problems with minimal supervision. Analytical mindset: Interpretation of data and decision-making based on key performance indicators. Technical knowledge: Experience with e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Industry experience: Prior experience in e-commerce, acting as a bridge between operations and strategy. Organization and execution: Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and deadlines. Compensation: R$1.650,00 – R$4.000,00 per month Work location: On-site
