If you are passionate about challenges, possess an innovative mindset, and enjoy contributing to something meaningful, this role is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure proper execution of all on-site services through daily supervision and coordination of field teams to maximize construction delivery quality. * Supervise on-site activities to ensure all services comply with occupational safety technical procedures, preventing accidents. * Lead site organization through planning of material receipt, storage, and debris disposal to maintain a clean and safe working environment. * Lead the entire field team through training and guidance to achieve deadlines, cost, quality, and workplace safety targets. * Supervise on-site activities to ensure all services conform to the previously developed and approved project plans. * Train and develop new supervisors and internal staff for this role. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in civil construction * Completion of a Construction Site Supervisor training program * Teamwork skills **Additional Information** **Exclusive Benefits:** Flexible Meal Allowance (restaurants/supermarkets) — no payroll deduction.
