Nonprofit organization seeks a Paid Traffic Assistant in Sorocaba (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Creation, monitoring, and optimization of campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads. Development and maintenance of landing pages for campaigns and lead generation. Support for digital performance strategies and results generation. Configuration and monitoring of pixels, events, and conversions. Monitoring of metrics and preparation of performance reports. Support for institutional campaigns, events, commercial initiatives, and member campaigns. Organization and tracking of digital campaign schedules. Liaison with the internal marketing team to align creatives and strategies. Previous experience as a Paid Media Analyst, Paid Campaigns Coordinator, Online Advertising Specialist, or Digital Traffic Manager may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree in progress.
