The company seeks committed, organized, and detail-oriented professionals who contribute to smooth administrative operations and maintain a high standard of quality in internal processes. **Job Objective** To ensure administrative and documentary support for semi-new and used vehicle purchase, sale, and transfer processes, guaranteeing correct issuance and verification of documents and invoices, compliance with legal requirements, internal process organization, and operational efficiency with official agencies, licensing agents, and company-used systems. **Responsibilities** * Issuance, verification, and control of invoices (input, output, and financial return); * Support throughout the entire vehicle transfer process, including document organization, submission, and tracking until completion; * Use of e-CRVsp and BNDV (National Vehicle Debt Database) systems for registration, consultation, and regularization; * Monitoring and support for the licensing agent department; * Control of vehicle entry and exit, keeping administrative processes continuously updated; * Digitization, organization, and archiving of physical and digital documents; * Updating Excel spreadsheets and using internal systems for administrative and sales control. **Requirements** * Completed high school education (technical course in Administration or related fields preferred); * Experience in administrative routines, preferably in the automotive sector; * Knowledge or experience with e-CRVsp and BNDV will be considered an advantage; * Proficiency in Excel (spreadsheets, filters, and basic formulas) and good familiarity with computerized systems; * Organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and effective communicator. **Advantages** * Experience in car dealerships, multi-brand dealerships, vehicle reselling, or licensing agencies; * Practical experience with automotive documentation and invoice issuance; * Knowledge of vehicle regularization, including traffic fines and debts. **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Saturdays: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
