This is an opportunity for professionals who thrive in dynamic environments, possess strong communication skills, and wish to directly contribute to building and developing major brands. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage client portfolios, ensuring high-quality service and relationship management * Conduct alignment and follow-up meetings with clients and internal teams * Develop clear and objective briefs to guide project requirements * Monitor project workflows across agency departments, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met * Track agendas and priorities, guaranteeing implementation of planned actions * Serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating alignment and decision-making * Prepare reports, presentations, and monitoring materials for clients * Oversee deliverables and ensure projects align with strategic objectives **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields * Minimum 1 year of experience in advertising account management or client relationship roles * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously * Analytical thinking and synthesis capabilities * Resilience and emotional intelligence to handle high-pressure situations * Collaborative, proactive profile with willingness to learn and grow * Empathy and active listening in interactions with clients and teams * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Must reside in Curitiba or its metropolitan area **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in advertising, branding, or communications agencies * Hands-on experience managing projects and timelines * Aptitude for building strong client relationships * Familiarity with task and process management tools * Strategic mindset and business acumen **Compensation and Benefits:** Salary: To be negotiated Employment Type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) Work Model: 100% On-site Compensation: Starting from R$2\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Questions: * Are you available to work 100% on-site? * Are you available to start immediately? * What is your salary expectation?
