JOB OPENING — ADMINISTRATIVE/OPERATIONAL MANAGER Administrative/Operational Manager to work both strategically and operationally, ensuring that our processes, team, and customer service operate with excellence every day. We are seeking a leadership-oriented individual who excels at conflict management, demonstrates ownership mindset, and can drive company success even amid high-demand scenarios and multiple concurrent processes. Requirements: Men or women Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields Proficiency with technology, systems, and performance metrics (we use Bling, Bitrix, and CRM) Ease of use with CRM, spreadsheets, and digital tools Experience leading teams Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented profile Ideal profile: Demonstrate firm, humane, and inspiring leadership Hold processes accountable without compromising care for people Be extremely organized and detail-oriented Possess strong sense of urgency and agility in problem-solving Capable of integrated leadership across sales, logistics, shipping, finance, and customer service Enjoy operations and not shy away from hands-on involvement Have strategic vision and ability to anticipate issues Be passionate about customer service and consumer experience Monitor KPIs, team productivity, and performance Work effectively under pressure while maintaining composure Possess strong verbal and written communication skills Be committed, responsible, and demonstrate strong ownership mindset Preferred qualifications: Experience in retail, supermarkets, or visual communications Experience with CRM and ERP systems (Bling is a plus) Hands-on experience in operational processes, logistics, finance, and shipping Profile oriented toward organizational culture and service excellence Compensation: starting at R$5.000,00\00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection question(s): * Do you reside in São Miguel Paulista or nearby?
