Some of your key activities include: * Conducting negotiations with customers to finalize sales; * Performing preliminary analysis of customer documentation and forwarding it to the financing department; * Resolving pending issues arising from purchase and sale contracts; * Supporting pricing planning through market and competitive research; * Training commercial partners on our products and brand systems; * Monitoring proper use of the MRV brand by real estate partners. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree preferred; * Knowledge of the real estate market; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Interpersonal and engagement skills; * Market analysis capabilities; * Influencing ability; * Discipline; * Organization. **Additional Information** Our compensation package: * Competitive fixed salary aligned with the role; * Variable remuneration based on goal achievement; * Profit-sharing and/or results-sharing program.
