Job Summary: We are seeking an Applied AI Specialist for Architecture Innovation to design and experiment with solutions leveraging Artificial Intelligence to optimize project workflows. We are looking for an **Applied AI Specialist for Architecture Innovation** to design and experiment with solutions that use Artificial Intelligence to optimize the conceptualization and visualization workflow of projects, accelerating prototyping, committee validations, and decision-making in architecture and engineering contexts. **Responsibilities** * Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify opportunities for applying AI in internal processes; * Develop MVPs and proofs of concept using generative AI for visual prototyping (images and video); * Integrate modeling and visualization tools with AI solutions and APIs; * Support the creation of more realistic visualizations for project presentation and validation; * Contribute to automations that reduce rework and accelerate technical validation cycles; * Work in an exploratory manner, testing AI tools and approaches in the context of architecture and innovation; * Help disseminate a culture of innovation and practical AI usage across partner teams. **Requirements** * Experience with: **SQL, Python, data modeling;** * Experience in **data engineering or analytics:** pipelines, ingestion, processing, and organization; * Practical experience with **GenAI applied to business** (text generation and interpretation, decision support); * Experience with **LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, etc.)** * Knowledge of tools/stack such as **Databricks, Lakehouse, and API-based integration** * Experience with **data quality** (standardization, handling inconsistencies) * Experience with **process automation** (jobs, alerts, recurring workflows) * Ability to work with **structured data + textual data** * Professional experience in technology, innovation, computer architecture, digital design, or related fields; * Familiarity with tools such as AutoCAD, BIM, and/or SketchUp; * Knowledge of solution architecture and system integration. **Preferred Qualifications** * Academic or professional experience with 3D visualization projects; * Exposure to generative model APIs (image/video); * Basic knowledge of rendering or visual simulation tools (e.g., Unreal, Twinmotion, or similar); * Experience in real estate, architecture, or engineering projects. ### **Employment Type:** CLT or PJ ### **Required Knowledge and Skills:** SQL, Python, Data Modeling, Business-Applied GenAI, LLMs, Databricks, Lakehouse, API Integration, Process Automation ### **Benefits:** Childcare Assistance, Remote Work Allowance, Totalpass, Education Assistance, Birthday Day Off, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Flexible Meal Voucher, Transportation Voucher ### **Department:** Growth & Digital Strategy
