We relearn. \#NoFearOfMistakes **Responsibilities and Duties** * Consolidate operational results and equity balances of companies; * Analyze and account for equity investments in affiliated, subsidiary, and parent companies; * Prepare and publish trial balances/financial statements; * Support external audit during the financial statement audit process; * Prepare explanatory notes; * Maintain knowledge of and stay updated on best accounting practices according to CPCs (Brazilian Accounting Pronouncements); * Support management, guide the team, and seek improvements in departmental processes and activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences or related fields. * Knowledge of real estate development accounting, Brazilian Accounting Standards (POC), and IFRS. * Experience with financial statement consolidation, equity method accounting, intercompany eliminations, Statement of Changes in Equity (DMPL), investments in subsidiaries, cash flow statements, and CPCs. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Experience with RM system (TOTVS) is a plus. **Additional Information** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Meal/Voucher Allowance * Life Insurance * Private Pension Plan * Transportation Allowance * Pharmacy Benefit Program * Birthday Day Off * Wellhub Partnership * Profit-Sharing Program (PPR) * Extended Parental Leave – 6 months for mothers and 30 days for fathers * Special conditions to purchase your HM property * Health and wellness programs with a multidisciplinary team * Access to Starbem and Avuus health apps **About HM** HM was founded in 1976 in Barretos (SP) as a small engineering firm.
