JOB \- Operations Supervisor (Technical). **Description:** Third-party management and maintenance and operations performance indicators; Stakeholder engagement (owners, tenants, end users, service providers, etc.); Development of detailed technical scopes, quotations, bid evaluations, and service monitoring; Comprehensive technical support in facility management, as well as development of ad-hoc projects; Monitoring of the department's budget, tracking the activity schedule and its financial implications, ensuring execution of the maintenance schedule within the approved budget;; Monitoring of the project’s technical documentation and utility-related expenditures; **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields. Experience in maintenance management, project evaluation, construction control, including experience as a technical professional.
