Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and proactive Maintenance Staff member to work in the leasing department, ensuring effective communication and proper handling of service requests among tenants, property owners, and service providers. Maintenance and budget control **Position: Maintenance Staff (Leasing)** We are looking for an organized, proactive individual with strong communication skills to join our leasing maintenance team, ensuring smooth handling of service requests among tenants, property owners, and service providers. **Responsibilities:** * Manage maintenance tasks and budgets for leased properties; * Schedule services between tenants and service providers; * Manage requests via Trello; * Request and track quotations, forwarding them to property owners and tenants; * Supervise maintenance work performed on properties; * Post-service follow-up via WhatsApp; * Conduct satisfaction surveys and collect feedback. **Requirements:** * Strong organizational and proactive approach to task management; * Proficiency with digital tools (e.g., WhatsApp, Trello); * Excellent communication skills for customer service and negotiation; * Corporate work experience (preferably in customer service, administrative, or related fields) **Job Details:** * **Salary:** R$ 2.700,00 * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday * 08:00 AM – 12:00 PM * 01:30 PM – 06:00 PM **After 3 months of experience:** * R$ 250.00 punctuality bonus * Psychological support (2 sessions per month) * YouTube Premium subscription **Important:** * We do not provide meal vouchers or transportation allowances **Benefits:** * Growth opportunity * Collaborative work environment **Application:** For more information or to apply, please contact: **(47) 99607-5745 – Rayanne Cavalcante** Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.700,00 – R$3.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
