We seek a Mid-level Copywriter to strategically engage in annual content creation and development, focusing on building consistent, relevant, and client-positioning-aligned narratives. This professional will play a key role in structuring editorial projects, connecting strategy, creativity, and execution—always guided by the client’s business objectives. Key Responsibilities: \- Excellent command of written Portuguese, with ability to adapt tone of voice and language for diverse brands and audiences; \- Experience as a copywriter, content writer, or creator at a digital marketing agency; \- Scriptwriting and narrative development for short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts), aligned with brand and performance goals; \- Contribution to content strategy and editorial project development; \- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and content formats, understanding each channel’s role within the overall strategy; \- Ability to analyze content metrics with team support and propose improvements; \- Participation in campaign and brand initiative development; \- Collaborative work with social media, media buying, design, planning, and account teams; \- Organizational skills and autonomy to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities. Requirements: Prior experience as a copywriter, content writer, or creator at a digital marketing agency; Hands-on experience creating scripts and narratives for short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts), considering brand objectives and engagement; Understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content formats; Ability to contribute to editorial project development based on strategic direction; Strong communication and teamwork skills; Organizational skills, autonomy, and sense of priority to handle multiple demands; Familiarity with AI tools supporting content creation; Basic SEO knowledge.
