Job Summary: Simétrica Engenharia is seeking a Building Technician to support the planning, execution, and control of construction works for the expansion of SESC's Registro Unit, with a focus on resource management and safety. Work at a company with a long-standing tradition and excellence in the sector **Simétrica Engenharia**, a company with extensive tradition and excellence in the civil construction and real estate development sectors, is hiring a **Building Technician** to work on the expansion of the **SESC Registro Unit**. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support planning and execution of the project. * Quality control. * Preparation of budgets and measurements. * Quantity takeoffs. * Resource and team management. * Compliance with safety regulations. * Technical assistance and reporting. * Registration of construction projects in the SIENGE system. * Performing tasks inherent to the position. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Mandatory**: Technical high school diploma in **Building Construction**, with active registration at the **CRT**. * **Mandatory**: Advanced practical knowledge of the **SIENGE** ERP system. * **Required**: Intermediate or advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on **Excel**. **Additional Information** * Market-competitive salary. * Meal allowance. * Transportation allowance (optional). * Group life insurance.
