The company features a robust organizational structure and operational efficiency to meet client demands. **Job Description** We are looking for a Customer Service professional responsible for customer support, telephone and in-person attendance, inquiry resolution, request logging, and handling all service-related demands. The professional will be responsible for resolving issues arising from phone calls, organizing documents, performing administrative tasks inherent to customer service, and ensuring effective inter-team communication. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Campinas, SP. **Qualifications** * **Customer Support:** Experience in customer support, problem resolution, and request management across multiple channels. * **Administrative Skills:** Knowledge of administrative and office tasks, including document organization, billing, and negotiation with delinquent accounts. * **Communication:** Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers. * Preferred qualifications include prior experience in the field, basic proficiency in computer tools, and strong organizational ability.
