JOB DESCRIPTION Responsible for providing administrative support to sales representatives in departmental administrative activities. Key responsibilities include monitoring, verifying, and receiving documents according to the established checklist; requesting and organizing pending documentation; and efficiently routing operations to respective departments—ensuring process agility and compliance. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES · Provide administrative support to the sales team, assisting with daily departmental tasks; · Monitor, verify, and receive documents as per the established checklist; · Identify and procure pending documentation required to maintain process continuity; · Route operations and documentation to responsible departments, ensuring process fluidity; · Maintain organized and up-to-date records, ensuring data integrity; · Assist customers and partners by providing administrative support; · Monitor deadlines and ensure all process stages are correctly completed; · Collaborate with the sales team to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency; · Support in Prospecting and Relationship Management – Draft partnership agreements; · Assist in gathering necessary information for prospecting new partners and customers, and support creation and validation required for effective registration with all correct and necessary information; · Verification of Requirements: Identify, together with the sales team, which operations require issuing a Fiscal Invoice (NF) to the partner, and proceed with issuance and control procedures. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS * Practical knowledge of Excel is desirable; * Completed high school education; * Personal marketing and communication skills; * Ability to organize information, spreadsheets, and documents; * Proactivity in addressing problems and proposing solutions.
