Job Summary: Professional responsible for contacting clients to ensure document compliance, drafting debt acknowledgment agreements, and securing signatures from all involved parties, as well as performing collections and value negotiations. Drafting debt acknowledgment agreements ### **Responsibilities and Duties:** Will contact assigned clients to bring them into compliance with internal policy. Will be responsible for contacting the customer portfolio to explain the compliance process, collecting guarantor documentation, drafting the debt acknowledgment agreement, and ensuring proper signatures from all involved parties: customers, guarantors, witnesses, and Tenda’s attorney. May also contact clients to issue payment reminders and negotiate outstanding amounts. * Contact customers with Tenda installment plans to request guarantor documentation and address questions. * Draft the debt acknowledgment agreement and send it to the customer and guarantor for signature. * Monitor and ensure proper signatures on the debt acknowledgment agreement in accordance with internal policy. * Manage the customer portfolio eligible for the compliance process. * Ensure 100% of the portfolio is fully compliant before key handover to assigned customers. ### **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Completed High School education; currently pursuing higher education is considered a plus. * Knowledge of documentation required for client approval at financial institutions is a plus.
