Development of partnerships and client portfolio Company Industry: Real Estate Agency Position: Administrator (Real Estate Management) Work Modality: On-site – PJ (Individual Entrepreneur) Work Location: São José do Rio Preto\- SP Main Responsibilities: * Serve as the accountable party for full management, leading the business with strategic vision and focus on expansion, results, and sustainable growth. Responsible for developing commercial operations, building a client portfolio, establishing partnerships with real estate agents, ensuring team performance, and organizing the company for growth. * Be responsible for end-to-end management of the real estate agency’s operations; * Prospect clients, develop the client portfolio, and drive commercial growth; * Develop partnerships with real estate agents and structure the service delivery model; * Monitor and ensure business performance, targets, and results; * Manage the team (partner agents and internal staff); * Build and structure administrative and commercial teams according to growth needs; * Ensure internal process organization and standardization of service delivery; * Supervise contract workflows, collections, and operational routines (executed by the administrative team); * Interface with the legal department to ensure compliance with correct procedural standards; * Guarantee service quality and client relationship management; * Create and monitor management routines, KPIs, and business improvements; * Act with strategic vision for real estate agency expansion and consolidation. Salary: Up to R$ 7\.000,00 (fixed) Benefits: * Meal Allowance – R$ 485.00 * Food Voucher – R$ 35.00 per workday Working Hours: * Monday to Friday – 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM Academic Qualifications: * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Real Estate Management, Law, Business Process Management, or related fields. Requirements: * Active CRECI registration required; * Prior experience with real estate agency administrative routines (leasing, contracts, and client service); * Prior experience in commercial management, leadership, and client portfolio development; * Strong organizational skills for document handling, processes, and controls; * Good communication skills for client service and relationship management; * Leadership profile, capable of structuring teams and internal routines; * Responsibility, professional conduct, and confidentiality regarding information.
