Attentive, responsible, and committed profile **OPEN POSITION – SECURITY GUARD** We are hiring a Security Guard to work in gated communities. We seek a responsible, attentive, and committed professional focused on the safety of people, assets, and facilities. **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct asset protection surveillance within the condominium premises * Perform periodic patrols * Monitor the environment and act preventively * Ensure the safety of residents and the premises **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Valid security guard certification with up-to-date refresher training * Driver's license category A/B * Basic computer skills * Attentive, responsible, and committed profile **Work Schedule:** * 12-hour shifts followed by 36 hours off (12x36) * Day or night shift **Benefits and Allowances:** * Hazard pay allowance: 30% * Night shift allowance: 20% (for night shifts) * Meal voucher: BRL 42.00 per working day * Food basket: BRL 208.45 * Driver allowance: 10% * Leadership allowance: 12% * Transportation voucher (round trip) If you seek stability and wish to work in the security field, this could be your opportunity! **Submit your resume and join our selection process.
