Work in an organized and safe environment **OPEN POSITION – SECURITY GUARD (RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM)** We are looking for a professional to work as a Security Guard in a residential condominium. We seek someone responsible, detail-oriented, and committed to ensuring safety and proper functioning of the premises. **Job Information:** * CLT employment regime * 12-hour shift schedule (12 hours on, 36 hours off) **Main Responsibilities:** * Control access for residents, visitors, and service providers * Monitor common areas, ensuring compliance with internal regulations * Record incidents and movements during the shift * Act preventively to safeguard the condominium **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Basic computer skills * Availability to work on a 12x36 shift schedule * Responsible profile, attentive, and with good communication skills **Benefits:** * Meal allowance of R$ 15.44 per working day * Food allowance (basic food basket) of R$ 200.03 * Transportation allowance (round-trip) * Attendance bonus * Night shift premium (when applicable) * All rights guaranteed under CLT regulations If you seek stability and wish to work in an organized and safe environment, submit your resume and join our selection process.
