Position: Digital Sales Representative (On-site – Centro/RJ) We are looking for an agile, communicative, and results-oriented sales representative to conduct digital sales on-site at our unit in Rio de Janeiro's downtown area. Your responsibilities will include: * Providing customer service and conducting sales through digital channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, and other platforms) * Converting leads into sales efficiently and strategically * Maintaining customer relationships (after-sales support and loyalty building) * Updating the status of customer interactions and orders * Working towards daily and monthly sales targets What we expect from you: * Strong written communication skills (without sounding robotic or like an overdue bill) * Agility and organization in customer service * Focus on goals and results * Sales experience (digital sales experience is a plus) * Proficiency with technology and social media Salary: R$1.872,00 Benefits: * Meal allowance (VR) of R$19.00 per day * Transportation voucher * Health insurance * Gympass Compensation: R$1.621,00 – R$1.872,00 per month Work location: On-site
