The Commercial Attendant at Venancy Company has the primary mission of transforming interested customers into completed sales through strategic, humanized, and persuasive service, ensuring excellence in the customer experience from the first contact to order completion. 1\. Handling Qualified Leads * Receive leads via WhatsApp from online campaigns and advertisements. * Provide consultative and humanized service via phone calls and WhatsApp. * Clarify customers' final questions regarding the product and purchasing process. * Identify objections during negotiation and strategically guide the customer toward the purchase decision. * Maintain a professional, courteous, and results-oriented attitude. 2\. Respect for the Validated Commercial Process * Strictly follow the company-provided telephone call handling process. * Adhere to the commercial scripts and defined service stages established by operations. * Correctly apply conversion techniques taught in internal training sessions. * Understand that the commercial process used is validated to maximize results. * Participate in training sessions, alignment meetings, and commercial updates. 3\. Order Completion * Accurately collect full name, address, payment method, and other required information. * Correctly register all information in the company's system. * Ensure the order is complete, validated, and approved for shipment. * Maintain full attention to detail to avoid operational errors. 4\. Follow\-Up and Reengagement * Contact customers who did not complete the purchase during the initial interaction.
