TIME STUDY ANALYST

Job Summary: The professional will analyze and optimize production processes, identify bottlenecks, propose improvements to enhance production efficiency, and balance production lines, aiming to reduce costs and losses. Proposal of improvements and line balancing **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree preferred * 2 years of experience in the field * Training in time study or time motion analysis preferred * Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma is a plus **Responsibilities:** * Closely monitor the production process, identifying execution methods for activities performed, to propose improvements aimed at optimizing production efficiency. * Evaluate production process efficiency by measuring the time required for each activity in the production flow and tracking raw material and product losses throughout the process, in order to quantify time and supply losses across the production process. * Collect data related to the production time of each Vonixx product, assessing bottlenecks and supply losses. * Propose production line balancing to the immediate supervisor according to the production schedule, supporting production smoothness and workload balancing across each stage of the production process. * Analyze the production process and document the time and method used for manufacturing each Vonixx product, identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements to the immediate supervisor to optimize time and supply resources. * Evaluate factory machine downtime rates and propose preventive maintenance frequency to reduce production costs and losses caused by machine breakdowns. * Identify and map Vonixx's production capacity based on production line type and product type, supporting the PCP team in optimizing production scheduling. * Monitor and collect machine setup costs, record identified data, and submit them to the immediate supervisor to assist decision-making related to production cost reduction.
